Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations across one or more of our restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional food, a strong grasp of kitchen management, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for culinary innovation, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Menu Development: Lead seasonal menu innovation that aligns with the brand’s culinary vision, incorporating fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, creating a positive, professional, and growth-oriented kitchen culture. Quality Control: Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation standards across all shifts and locations. Kitchen Operations: Oversee all back-of-house operations, including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness. Cost Management: Manage food and labor costs within budget, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with purveyors and suppliers, ensuring quality and pricing standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are met and upheld. Collaboration: Work closely with ownership, front-of-house managers, and marketing to support events, promotions, and new initiatives. Qualifications 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentorship and team development. In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and kitchen systems. Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and P&L understanding. ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
