We are a dynamic team in need of a reliable part-time handyman to assist us for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. Your expertise will be invaluable as we tackle various maintenance and repair tasks. Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly Responsibilities: Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Identifying and resolving common household issues promptly. Assisting with small-scale renovation projects when required. Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within set deadlines. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields is required. Proficiency in a wide range of handyman skills is essential. The ability to work flexible hours and handle jobs promptly is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are important. Candidates must reside within a 20-minute commute of Scottsdale.
