Beverage System Technician

Job Description Job Description Job Description The Beverage Technician role will professionally diagnose, repair, and service beverage systems within our service area. The systems include draft beer systems, soda fountains, coffee and tea machines, and other beverage dispensing equipment. Provided tools and parts are required to be properly maintained and organized. Each service call and/or installation will be completed safely, professionally, and to the customer’s satisfaction. This role is customer facing at times, so a standard of communication and politeness is required. Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair draft systems, fountains, and other beverage dispensing equipment, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports, safely and efficiently per company standards Drive safely following all motor vehicle laws without distraction; maintain a safe working environment by completing all assigned safety training activities, adhering to all safety policies and procedures Maintain proper use, possession, and accountability for all parts, tools, and supplies, necessary for the job Complete all required training, maintain updates and documents as related to all equipment On-call schedule may be required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to lift 50 pounds Drive and ride for long periods Use tools and equipment as the job requires Work inside and outside customer locations, in uncontrolled temperatures Experience in beverage dispensing required Work Environment Work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled Company Description About Draft Horse Draft Horse delivers unparalleled draft system expertise to businesses across Texas.
