As General Manager, your responsibilities include: General Management Drive overall operational and business performance Develop team structures with clear Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and Directly Responsible Individuals (DRI) Collaborate with the Board to set goals (commercial and non-commercial) with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Lead teams to achieve these OKRs Establish and communicate operating standards Ensure team adherence to standards and alignment with the venue’s and group’s mission and values Maintain quality, operational, and hygiene standards Monitor compliance with licensing laws and safety standards Talent & Financial Management Lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are met Own the venue’s Profit and Loss statement Analyze sales reports and trends, recommend cost control measures, and improve onsite sales and marketing tools Develop staff training and development plans Determine staffing needs, oversee hiring, training, and administrative processes Implement training strategies with support from the Talent Team Coordinate with the Talent Team on employee performance and movements We value people who: Go above and beyond to make others' days better Are thoughtful, kind, and uphold high standards Take ownership and drive solutions Are curious and committed to continuous learning Benefits: We care for our team with medical and insurance coverage, employee discounts, milestone celebrations, and long-service sabbaticals.
