Job Description
What Youll Be Driving: End-to-end management of guest-facing outlets including spa, adventure, and outsourced leisure experiences Enforcing operational standards, policies, and procedures across all locations Full oversight of POS systems, controls, and compliance Strategic stock and asset management Hands-on involvement in recruitment, staff development, scheduling, and performance Managing budgets and financial performance of each outlet Regular travel to resort locations required flexibility is key Were Looking For Someone Who: Has a strong background in spa, adventure, or hospitality outlet operations Brings experience managing multi-site teams and guest experiences Is confident with admin, budgeting, and system controls Is proactive, analytical, and able to work independently under pressure Has a valid drivers license and no issue with regular travel Is based in or willing to relocate to Port Shepstone (note: no accommodation is offered) Has excellent people skills and a strong command of English (spoken & written) Is computer-literate (MS Office, Excel essential) ð© To apply, email your CV to
