Job Description
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Reservations: Manage bookings, check-ins, and guest communication. Handle reservation systems, including NightsBridge (experience with NightsBridge is a strong advantage). Provide warm, professional hospitality with a guest-first mindset. Operational Oversight: Conduct regular room checks and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Oversee quality control, general maintenance, and overall appearance of the properties. Handle procurement and shopping for guesthouse supplies as needed. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning and kitchen staff. Ensure service delivery aligns with four-star expectations. Availability & Responsiveness: Flexible and reachable after hours for occasional urgent matters, in line with the nature of the hospitality environment. Requirements Experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. NightsBridge system experience is highly advantageous. Fluent in English. Valid drivers license and own transport. Strong sense of integrity, emotional maturity, and professionalism. Naturally service-focused, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Able to handle guest complaints and unexpected situations with discretion and composure. Free accommodation is available on-site (live-in or live-out position).
