Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong background in chemical trading? Ready to take Bridge Polymers to the next level? We are looking for a Sales Manager to help drive our expansion in chemicals. We are Bridge Polymers , a leading distributor of high-quality plastic raw materials. Our company specializes in the distribution of plastic raw materials, with a growing focus on chemicals. Our warehouses are full of… material! We supply these materials to end customers for their manufacturing needs. On the other side, we work closely with major petrochemical companies as our suppliers. Bridge Polymers operates across several countries, with subsidiaries in Spain, Poland, Romania, and Turkey, and our headquarters is based in the Netherlands. The market we operate in is highly dynamic. Our open, honest, and direct approach allows us to act quickly and efficiently, always staying on top of what’s happening in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out and establish connections with new clients, explore product opportunities, and uncover untapped markets to drive business growth. Achieve sales targets and deliver strong results to support our chemical expansion. Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and sales of chemicals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals. Stay informed on industry developments, market shifts, and emerging innovations to maintain a strategic advantage. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. What Are We Looking For? We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record chemical sales. Experience in trading, and sourcing/selling chemicals is essential. If you thrive in dynamic markets and are eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-moving chemical business, we’d love to meet you. Your Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical sales Demonstrated experience in trading, with the ability to source and sell chemicals effectively. Proficiency in English and Dutch An independent, proactive, and goal-oriented self-starter with a strong focus on delivering results and taking responsibility Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Currently residing and eligible to work in the Netherlands. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, visits, and business development.
