Asset Manager

A leading asset manager in the repositioning of large in town retail assets is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. As a highly regarded shopping centre specialist this business offers the opportunity for someone to move into client-side asset management and learn from an experienced team of retail experts. Role responsibilities will include: Working on a diverse shopping centre portfolio across the UK. Assisting in the preparation and implementation of business plans to drive asset performance and value. Working closely with agents to develop and deliver leasing strategy. Maintain financial models. Prepare quarterly asset management reports. The preferred candidate will: Hold a degree Have a minimum of two years’ relevant industry experience with a background in commercial asset or property management or leasing Have a good understanding of the retail industry Have strong numeracy and be proficient in the use of MS Excel. Hold a full valid full driving licence. MRICS is preferred but not essential. Remuneration: The salary for this role will be dependant on prior experience but will likely be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus.
