The PM will lead bespoke, high-end hospitality construction projects, throughout every stage, from strategic planning and cost management through to flawless delivery, ensuring that each project meets exacting standards of design quality, craftsmanship, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of luxury hospitality fit-out projects, coordinating closely with design teams, cost consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Act as the main client liaison, maintaining clear communication to ensure the project vision is realized with precision. Drive proactive risk management, resolving challenges to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the bespoke design intent. Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, UK building regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Prepare detailed budgets, schedules, and progress reports, contributing to strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven track record managing high-end hospitality or luxury fit-out construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with marble and joinery Excellent communication and client management abilities, with a collaborative approach. Thorough knowledge of UK construction regulations, health and safety, and quality standards. Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to the evolving needs of bespoke, design-led projects.
