The physician will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of a broad range of health conditions. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the promotion of community health and wellness. Responsibilities: Manage chronic conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform routine check-ups, preventative screenings, and diagnostic evaluations. Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in community outreach and health promotion initiatives. Qualifications: Degree from an accredited medical program (MD or DO). Current Colorado medical license in good standing (required). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Experience managing chronic conditions and providing comprehensive adult care. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $275,000 to $375,000 annually (based on education and experience).
