Experienced Counter-top Installer - Granite / Quartz

Job Description Job Description Job is located in Lakemoor,IL REQUIREMENTS: High School or GED Three to Five years of carpentry or installation experience Carpentry, cabinet, skills aptitude Maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record. Able to push, pull, and lift up to 80 lbs. Use of arms and hands. Good eyesight, including depth and color perception and peripheral vision. Able to pass random drug tests. Able to maneuver construction sites on foot. Able to read and interpret plans & diagrams TASKS AND DUTIES OF JOB: Provide timely, and accurate deliveries of products to customers’ building sites. Communicate with Office and Customers on consistent basis with job and travel updates. Interprets plans and diagrams to complete error free installations. Prepares stone products for installation as needed. Cuts holes for sinks, faucets, cook tops and other applications as needed. Cuts, shapes, edge and surface polish as needed. Installs products according to plans, includes leveling and seaming as needed. Properly work with silicone, epoxy, sealers, and other bonding agents. Perform truck maintenance and safety inspections. Able to perform field repair work for chips and surface scratches. Maintain necessary supplies and installation tools in service trucks. Loading and unloading of delicate heavy custom stone products. Maintain appropriate hour and production records as instructed by supervisor. Work overtime as needed to meet production schedules. Perform all other Tasks and Duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
