Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Office Manager to drive sales and oversee the daily operations of our thriving medical spa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with clinical experience who wants to grow into a leadership role while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Position Overview Job Type: Full-time Location: Pembroke Pines, FL Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 performance bonuses Schedule: Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day spa operations including scheduling, staff coordination, and facility management Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements Maintain equipment and facility standards Handle payroll, administrative tasks, and operational reporting Sales & Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies including digital campaigns and referral programs Drive membership sales and service package upgrades Coordinate promotional events and community outreach Manage social media presence and online reputation Train staff on sales techniques and service upselling Client Experience Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and retention Manage client feedback and implement improvements Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa staff Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching Create staff schedules and manage coverage Foster a positive team environment and professional development Lead by example in customer service and sales performance Required Qualifications Essential Requirements Proven sales experience with demonstrated results Clinical background (aesthetician, medical assistant, nurse) or related medical spa certification Minimum 3 years of management experience in spa, wellness, medical, or hospitality settings Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical aesthetics or wellness industry Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services Marketing and digital campaign experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English preferred) What We're Looking For Self-starter who takes initiative and treats the business like their own Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational abilities Passionate about the medical aesthetics industry and client wellness Adaptable individual ready to learn and grow with our expanding business What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off and flexible scheduling Employee discounts on spa services and products Professional development opportunities Health and wellness benefits package Growth Opportunities Room to lead and innovate within the role Direct collaboration with ownership team Opportunity to help build and grow a thriving business About Our Medical Spa We are a results-driven medical spa committed to helping clients look and feel their best.
