Company Description Alfieri Milano is an Italian luxury brand creating exclusive decor objects and accessories for residential and hospitality projects. Our hospitality division designs and produces custom OS&E items and guest gifts for the luxury hospitality industry, collaborating with renowned hotel groups and cruise lines globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior 3D Renderist, located in Milan. The Senior 3D Renderist will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for our luxury decor and hospitality projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating lifelike 3D models and renderings, collaborating with designers and clients to ensure alignment with project specifications, and assisting in the development of visual content that enhances our brand's presence. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3DSmax, Vray, Photoshop, Autodesk AutoCAD, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper e Autodesk Revit Proficiency in Adobe Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects Experience in creating realistic textures, lighting, and visual effects Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and design principles Ability to work collaboratively with designers and clients to meet project requirements Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D rendering skills Fluency in english and Italian Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field How to apply: If you believe you can meet all of the above requirements, please submit the following documents: * Full CV with professional portfolio (PDF format or link) Due to the high volume of applications, we will only contact candidates who submit the required documentation.
