Account Director

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic-minded Account Director to lead key client relationships across Singapore and the region. You’ll be at the intersection of marketing strategy , creative excellence , and emerging technology , especially AI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds long-term client trust, and spots growth opportunities within every conversation. Lead day-to-day client relationships, serving as a strategic partner and problem solver Drive account growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing clients Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to deliver integrated solutions Translate client objectives into clear briefs and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery Bring a strong POV on marketing innovation, including AI, automation, and emerging media Present confidently in pitches, workshops, and high-stakes client discussions Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of ownership and excellence A seasoned Account Director / Senior Account Manager with 6–10 years in marketing, digital, or creative agencies Deep experience in client management , brand strategy , and multi-channel campaigns Commercially sharp — can spot upsell opportunities and lead conversations around budget, scope, and value Curious and future-facing — passionate about AI’s role in marketing and able to guide clients on what's next Strong communicator with a credible online presence or thought leadership footprint (e.g., LinkedIn, talks, panels) Ideally comes from hybrid agencies like Accenture Song , Deloitte Digital , Publicis Sapient , or similar Nice to Have Exposure to multi-market / APAC accounts Experience working on platform-led campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Familiarity with MarTech stacks, data, or performance creative If you're passionate about shaping the future of marketing, let’s talk.
