Whether following us on social media or becoming part of our company, we invite you to join us on our mission to “Make Life Beautiful.” Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Designer Trade clients across email, chat, and phone channels, delivering timely, high-touch service within a 24-hour SLA. Manage order-related escalations, including claims, shipping issues, and account concerns, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Process and approve new trade applications, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely follow-up communication. Maintain and audit account records to ensure ongoing tax-exempt compliance and accurate tier placement—monthly, quarterly, and annually. Track designer projects and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation. Support sales growth through customized product recommendations, quote preparation, and seamless order coordination. Manage and maintain trade-specific resources such as sample libraries, catalogs, and promotional materials Coordinate showroom visits, designer tours, and special events to foster engagement and brand loyalty. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to strengthen program visibility, performance, and retention. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Contribute to ongoing program improvement by refining SOPs, training materials, and customer communications. Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative roles - preferably within the interior design, home furnishings, or luxury retail industries. Confident in managing escalations related to claims, fulfillment, or customer dissatisfaction with professionalism and empathy. Advanced proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, NetSuite), CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Intercom), and productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with tax-exempt processes and compliance requirements is a strong plus. A passion for interior design, an eye for current trends, and a collaborative approach to client relationships are strongly preferred.
