Marketing Representative

Job Description Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as OPC (Off Premises Contact) Marketing Representatives . In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our vacation club and prospective guests. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and schedule potential clients for vacation ownership presentations through engaging conversations at high-traffic locations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with the public in strategic, high-foot-traffic areas (e.g., malls, events, kiosks, resorts, airports, or tourist hotspots). Promote the vacation club’s offerings and encourage participation in a sales presentation. Deliver compelling pitches to generate interest in vacation ownership and lifestyle benefits. Collect and input guest contact information accurately. Qualify guests based on predetermined company criteria. Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-first attitude at all times. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. Represent the brand positively and uphold its values. Qualifications: Previous experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, or sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality with a confident and persuasive attitude. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated. Strong work ethic and reliability.
