The Company Our client is a prominent real estate group with a global portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and residential assets. As the business continues to expand and strengthen its market presence, they are seeking a commercially astute Vice President, Finance to join their leadership team. The Role Responsibilities Reporting to the Group CFO, the VP Finance will play a critical leadership role in driving the company's financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Lead the Group's finance function, including strategic planning, FP&A, budgeting, corporate governance, tax, and compliance with SGX listing rules Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decisions and monitor performance against key targets Oversee enterprise risk management and insurance programs to safeguard corporate assets Strengthen internal controls and ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards Lead digital transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations and data integrity Provide end-to-end financial oversight for M&A, joint ventures, and investment initiatives, including post-deal integration Work closely with the Audit Committee and Board to support financial reporting and execute strategic initiatives Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and advisors Develop and implement Group-wide tax strategies, covering compliance, planning, and advisory across business units Drive tax optimization initiatives to improve the Group's effective tax rate and support structuring for M&A and joint ventures Monitor global tax developments and provide clear, proactive guidance to ensure compliance and inform business decisions Your Profile As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience: CPA-qualified with over 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within an SGX-listed company, ideally within the real estate sector Prior Big 4 exposure as well as experience within MNCs or listed companies Proven track record of linking financial strategy with business performance and delivering measurable impact Experienced people leader with strong influencing skills and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively Commercially minded, values-driven, and known for operating with sound judgment and integrity Demonstrated success in leading high-performing finance teams and navigating complex business environments Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number STE11639890, by clicking the apply button.
