Job Description
Head of Finance & Administration (Family Office) Head of Finance & Administration (Family Office) PATMI Partnership is supporting a prominent, multi-generational London-headquartered family office with global interests spanning real estate, private equity, listed equities, venture capital, and philanthropy. This is not a typical institutional environment. It is an ecosystem rooted in discretion, long-term relationships, and multi-generational stewardship of capital and purpose. The family’s investments reflect a blend of traditional core holdings and innovative ventures in emerging sectors such as climate tech, digital infrastructure, sustainable real estate, and next-gen consumer platforms. With a strong presence across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, the family has been steadily expanding its strategic footprint in Asia over the last decade. The Singapore office was established to provide a robust operating base for regional investments, portfolio company oversight, and philanthropic initiatives. This is not merely a finance role—it requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous, and relationship-driven setting. The role balances technical rigour with a high level of discretion, a global mindset with local precision, and an ability to solve for both today and the long term. Administrative, Legal & Entity Management Maintain oversight of all regional entities including SPVs, holding companies, and trusts—ensuring they are properly administered, resourced, and compliant. Coordinate with legal counsel on corporate secretarial matters, board documentation, and document retention. Oversee relationships with third-party service providers including law firms, tax advisors, fund administrators, and outsourced compliance firms. Manage insurance policies, real estate leases, contracts, and administrative support systems. Operations & Office Management Lead the administrative operations of the Singapore office, including recruitment and supervision of office staff, onboarding of vendors, and management of budgets. Implement systems and processes to ensure efficient back-office operations, including the selection and rollout of financial systems or digital tools as appropriate. Ensure business continuity planning and internal controls are robust and tailored to a family office setting.
