We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Hotel Operations to lead our team and drive operational excellence. Job Summary The Director of Hotel Operations will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in budget hotel management, experience with large fast-food brands, a strong background in housekeeping, and the ability to support the rollout of cutting-edge hospitality technology. The candidate must be willing to travel globally and be assigned to various hotel locations during the initial opening stage. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple budget hotel properties, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Lead, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics to meet company goals. Collaborate with other departments to align operations with marketing, sales, and brand objectives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement in guest experience and operational processes. Support the successful launch of new hotel locations, including global assignments during initial opening stages. Champion the implementation and integration of cutting-edge hospitality technology to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with a focus on budget hotels. Proven experience working with large fast-food brands, with an understanding of operational systems and customer service standards. Background in running franchise brands is preferred. Strong background in housekeeping management, with expertise in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Experience supporting the rollout of innovative hospitality technology solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel globally and be assigned to various hotel locations during the initial opening stage. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
