Job Description
Duties: Front of House hospitality management Assisting with all F&B / hosting operations Finance, Admin, Stock Controls & Stocktaking Overseeing housekeeping Basic HR duties Requirements: Grade 12 A formal Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification At least 2 years management experience in a 5* lodge environment Strong F&B Background Computer literate Semper / Pastel would be an advantage Strong guests relations Strong management skills Drivers License Valid First Aid Certification South African Citizen An understanding of budget control and financial management Delicately manage community staff and drive the development / upliftment process
