Junior Receptionist

The Firm An outstanding Legal 500 ranked law firm based in the West End is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join their team. The Opportunity The successful Junior Receptionist will be friendly and professional, ideally with Front of House or Hospitality experience. Duties to include: Operating the switchboard, greeting all callers in a professional manner Greeting all clients and visitors Setting up meeting rooms and reception area Ensuring meeting rooms are fully stocked Ordering taxis and couriers, ensuring the correct forms are completed Ensuring office, kitchen and stationary is fully stocked Working alongside the Reception Manager and provide general support Ensuring coffee machines are stocked and cleaned dailyThis Legal Receptionist opportunity is a full time, office based position, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:30am to 6:00pm on Friday.
