Water Hygiene Engineer, Edinburgh, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week Water Hygiene opportunity, offering a permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This primarily covers Edinburgh and surrounding areas, with occasional travel across the UK. Overnight stays are minimal, typically one per month on average Water Hygiene Engineer Benefits: * Competitive salary * Company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop provided * 30 days holiday including bank holidays * Comprehensive training and development opportunities * Workplace pension and supportive work environment Water Hygiene Engineer Responsibilities: * Conduct temperature monitoring and water hygiene services across various sites including hotels, schools, hospitals, facilities companies, and charities * Carry out cleaning and disinfection of cold-water storage tanks * Perform microbiological sampling and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing * Complete PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and maintain accurate records Water Hygiene Engineer Requirements: * Time-served with proven experience in a similar role * Hands-on experience with cold water tanks, TMVs, and sampling * Full UK driving licence is essential * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage travel demands Note: Only applicants with the right to work in the UK will be considered.
