Quantity Surveyor - Residential, Hotel & Listed Refurbishment Up to £65,000 (inclusive of package) City of London July 2025 Permanent A principle contractor leading the way in delivering logistically complex schemes in the heart of London have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business. As Quantity Surveyor, you be involved in commercial and residential projects up to £70m. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to join an exciting company with a strong pipeline of work and a supportive team environment. Your responsibilities will include • Assisting in preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and procurement documentation. • Working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project budgets and control costs. • Monitoring variations, valuations, and subcontractor payments. • Conducting site visits and ensure commercial processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. • Contributing to the preparation of final accounts and project close-outs. Your attributes: • A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline. • 1-3 years of relevant UK experience in the construction sector. • Good working knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT). • Strong numerical, IT, and communication skills. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop • Committed, driven with high energy levels.
