Chef/Cook – Small Independent Café in Salisbury City Centre Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire Hours: 40 hours per week (annualised hours) Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef/Cook to join our small, friendly team in the heart of Salisbury. Our café is known for its simple, freshly made, home-cooked food—and we’re proud of it. What you’ll be doing: * Preparing and cooking fresh, quality meals from scratch * Contributing to menu ideas and daily specials * Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards * Supporting a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our customers What we’re looking for: * A love for home-style cooking and quality ingredients * Experience in a similar role (café or casual dining preferred) * A positive attitude and a hands-on approach * Ability to work flexibly across the week (daytimes only—no late nights) If you're looking to cook honest food in a relaxed, supportive setting, we'd love to hear from you
