We're searching for a skilled and confident Sous Chef to join the senior kitchen team at a modern British fine-dining restaurant, tucked away in the countryside and fuelled by estate-grown, foraged, and locally sourced ingredients. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead a team of around 15, creating seasonal, elegant dishes that showcase the best of British produce - and setting the tone for calm, focused service. Perfect for an experienced Sous or a strong Senior CDP ready to step up. This kitchen will challenge you, support you, and invest in your growth.
