Job Description

Role Overview: As an Administrator you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the AM2 Test Centre. This customer-facing position involves supporting learners, staff, and external partners by coordinating assessment bookings, managing documentation, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to uphold the centre’s professional standards and reputation. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome candidates, learners, and visitors to the centre in a professional and friendly manner * Manage signing-in/out procedures and monitor access to the centre * Handle enquiries at the reception desk, over the phone, and via email * Coordinate room bookings and prepare assessment classrooms for use * Liaise with employers and training partners to schedule assessment dates * Input data into internal systems and booking platforms accurately and on time * Collect, verify, and upload candidate documentation and certifications in line with awarding body requirements * Process candidate registrations and maintain records in the NET MMS Gateway * Manage incoming payments, purchase orders, and invoicing requests, working with the finance department to ensure prompt processing * Address any application rejections by troubleshooting and re-submitting accurate information * Provide administrative support to the wider test centre team as needed What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (essential) * Experience in a further education or training environment (desirable) * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications * Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure * Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and data protection practices Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
