The Important Bits: Job Title: Internal Healthcare Recruiter Location: Cardiff (Hybrid. 4 days office / 1 day WFH) Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,213 per annum About this Internal Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity: 60% compliance - You'll be the go-to for safer recruitment checks, references, Right to Work, and onboarding. 40% recruitment - You'll be trained by an experienced and supportive leadership team to deliver hiring campaigns, attract talent, and manage interviews. This is a fast-paced, purpose-driven role that sits at the heart of a diverse and values-led recruitment team. You'll need to juggle priorities, meet tight timelines, and work closely with internal teams to manage expectations and deliver results.
