Site Manager - London - High-End Restaurants - Fast-Track Employment: Permanent or Self-Employed Location: London Interviews: Taking Place Next Week We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-end restaurant fit-outs and refurbishments across London. You will manage one site at a time, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site activity for high-spec hospitality projects * Coordinate trades, contractors, and suppliers on-site * Ensure quality finishes and attention to design detail * Manage site health & safety and compliance * Report progress to the visiting project manager Requirements: * Strong experience managing high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects (hospitality experience a bonus) * Exceptional eye for detail and quality finishes * Confident managing teams and subcontractors on busy sites * CSCS card, SMSTS , First Aid * London-based or able to travel across central sites Contract Type: Open to both self-employed contractors and permanent roles Start Date: ASAP Interviews: Taking place next week – early applications encouraged To apply or learn more,please submit your CV. *Those site managers from the high-end fit-out space will be given priority when applying
