Labourer - Refurbishment Project

Job Title: General Labourer – Hotel Refurbishment Project (Contract until December) Location: Battle, East Sussex Start Date: Immediate Start Contract Duration: Until December 2025 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required) Pay Rate: £15 - £17 an hour About the Role: We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team on a major hotel refurbishment project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a high-profile construction job, working alongside skilled tradespeople and contributing to the transformation of a landmark property. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting tradespeople with materials and tools * Site clean-up and general tidiness * Moving and unloading deliveries * Basic demolition and strip-out work * Following health and safety procedures at all times What We’re Looking For: * Previous labouring experience on construction sites (preferred) * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude * Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions * Valid CSCS card (essential) * PPE (boots, hard hat, high-vis – can be supplied if needed) Benefits: * Steady work through to December * Weekly pay * Supportive site team and safe working environment * Opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale commercial project
