Building Manager – West London - £45k Our client is a well-established managing agent overseeing prestigious, mostly historic, and listed residential blocks across London and the inner M25. On one of their sites, they now seek to hire a Building Manager as follows: * Based on a 1930’s block comprising 200 flats in West London * Hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (or you can choose to work 8am to 4pm if you prefer) * Managing 5 full time site staff including caretakers, porters and concierges * Overseeing all operations across the site, from staff management to resident liaison, visitor/contractor access, reporting repairs and liaising with the Property Manager with regards to service charge budget items. * Ensuring the Building is well run, kept in good order, fully staffed and residents remain satisfied with service levels * Undertaking regular inspections to report on condition whilst ensuring H&S / Fire Risk compliance Suitable Building Manager applicants will come from a stable career background and have at least 5 years building management experience at similar sized sites.
