Role Overview We have a position available in our established Technical Services Team for a Senior Network Engineer. As the Senior Network Engineer you will work on large scale delivery & configurations of customer projects with a bias towards security solutions. In this rewarding, customer-facing role, you will take on the responsibility of driving outcomes through the delivery of products predominantly from within the Cisco portfolio, including; Routers, Switches, SD WAN, Meraki, SD-Access & FMC. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Senior Network Engineering role, with the ability to communicate both technically and professionally to customers & colleagues. Responsibilities * Act as a primary associate for security solutions within the Technical Services team, taking charge of configuring, supporting, and implementing Cisco security projects for our diverse customer base. * Collaborate within a team to identify and address potential issues that may impact customer networks and services, with a suitable best fit bespoke solution. * Showcase the capacity to operate autonomously, providing professional support services to our customers. * Stay at the forefront of technological advancements further enhancing your ability to consult & guide your customers throughout the projects lifecycle. * Collaborate cross functionally, internally with your peers within the other business units to work towards the best possible client solutions. Experience Required * Proven Track record of Network Project Delivery * Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) * Large Scale customer deployment experience * SD WAN / SD Access / Meraki deployment experience * Cisco Secure Firewall Management Centre deployment (FMC) Desired Traits and Characteristics We are looking for confident and professional Network Engineers who can further support us on our journey of growth.
