Elliot Scott Group are looking for a catering assistant in Glasgow. * To assist in the daily preparation of cooked nutritious meals for the clients service users ensuring the food is of a high quality. * To assist in the planning and preparation a varied choice of menus, ensuring properly balanced and nutritious meals are provided, taking into account any special dietary requirements and service user preferences. * To assist in ensuring that the storage, preparation and cooking of all food is carried out using the highest standards of hygiene. * To be responsible for the storage and use of cleaning items in accordance with COSHH. DBS required
