Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate inventory records through regular data entry and updates. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment. * Maintain organised files and records for easy access and retrieval. * Assist in the development and implementation of new administrative processes to improve efficiency. * Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Participate in safety audits and contribute to a safe working environment by highlighting potential hazards. * Promote a culture of safety within the team, advocating for best practices and adherence to protocols. Skills and Qualifications * Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is highly desirable. * Strong focus on accuracy, ensuring all data and documentation are correct. * Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
