Quantity Surveyor

We’re recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor specialising in pub refurbishments and commercial fit-out projects across the UK. With project values ranging up to £3 million, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team with a strong order book and long-term workload. The Role: * Manage all aspects of cost control and financial reporting across multiple refurbishment projects * Prepare and issue tenders, analyse returns and place subcontracts * Carry out valuations, variations and final accounts * Work closely with the delivery team to monitor and report on budgets and forecasts * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments * Contribute to the continued growth of a successful team delivering quality schemes nationwide Requirements: * Several years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within the refurbishment, fit-out or hospitality sectors * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel where necessary * Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (desirable but not essential) Why Apply? * Permanent role with a secure, reputable contractor * Long pipeline of work in a busy sector * Competitive salary depending on experience * Supportive working environment with opportunities for development
