This role focuses on adherence to brand standards and operational procedures and implementing targeted training initiatives to correct deficiencies and elevate team capabilities. By working closely with the F&B operations chef, restaurant chefs and main office teams, the training chef drives continuous improvement in food quality, safety, efficiency, and team development. When needed, this role will also serve in a hands-on leadership capacity to support restaurant kitchens during transitions, openings, or temporary staffing needs.
