Harmony Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Home Care Aides to become a part of our excellent care team! You will provide one-to-one companionship and care to clients usually in the client's home. Great company to work withcheck us out on Yelp or Google! One-on-one care! Responsibilities: • Provide routine individualized care to the elderly and those with disabilities • Monitor and report changes in client health status • Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients • Give medication reminders • Be proactive, find things to do, confirm with client • Light housekeeping and cooking • Errand services and transportation • Transfer skills • Exercise and range of motion Qualifications: • Registered CA Home Care Aide Number • Live Scan fingerprinting, Auto Insurance, TB Clearance, DL and SS card • At least one year experience in-home or facility care • Positive and patient demeanor • Ability to build friendly rapport with clients and their families • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills • Good written communication to read and keep log • CNA is a plus Call or text for an interview appt.
