The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve high standards of performance. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front office activities during the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests. Manage requests, complaints, and critical situations with professionalism and tact. Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Coordinate VIP arrivals, group bookings, and special requests with ease. Prepare daily reports and ensure effective handovers to ensure continuity of operations. Support and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety protocols. Promote hotel services and encourage upselling opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in similar roles in hotels, preferably high-end establishments. Excellent proficiency in Italian and English languages; knowledge of a third language is an asset (e.g., Arabic). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stress management skills. Good standing, guest-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the Milan area. Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
