Sales Support Specialist

The team is growing; if you want to continue developing your professional career, we are looking for someone with the following profile: Responsibilities: Support salespeople in prospecting activities (cold calling, visit planning). Support salespeople in recording activities in the CRM (Salesforce). Prepare rental offers and the contractual package according to the indications of the Account Executive. Refine the request for documents needed to fulfill leasing contracts. Support customers and prospects via chat on the website; manage emails and incoming calls. Enter orders and follow their development (issuing orders, monitoring deliveries, recording DDTs and sending delivery certificates) up to the invoicing stage. Check any documentation related to the leasing contract. Flexibility to handle any administrative tasks associated with the role. Possible support to Account Executives (on the job training) in their meetings with clients. Assist Sales in marketing Coordinate with regional marketing team: Assist in events, coordinate invitations, Support in follow up to events (surveys, ROI tracking) Requirements: Degree preferred. Preferred experience in a similar position of at least 2 years. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. MS Office suite required. CRM, especially SFDC, knowledge would be considered positively. Advanced level of English. Previous experience in the rental sector or in IT companies will be considered positively. Knowledge of IT equipment is not a requirement but is an advantage. Milano or metropolitan area based. Positive and curious attitude; collaborative, responsive to feedback and eager to learn. Able to master time management. Independently define priorities. Good ability to handle pressure. Capacity to grow within the company (entrepreneur behavior) following company guidelines.
