Freelance Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Leisure Fit-Out Project - £9 Million London | Immediate Start | 12-Month Contract We're supporting a well-established fit-out contractor in their search for a freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a £9m leisure-sector fit-out project in London. This fast-paced scheme is set to run for 12 months, and they need someone who can start immediately and add value from day one. Key Responsibilities: Managing subcontractor procurement and packages Handling valuations, variations, and cost reporting Working closely with the delivery team to ensure commercial control throughout Reporting to a Commercial Lead or Commercial Manager Ideal Candidate: Solid background in fit-out, ideally within the leisure or hospitality sectors Comfortable working on fast-track projects Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills Able to start immediately Role Details: Role: QS / SQS (Freelance) Project: £9m leisure fit-out Location: London Duration: 12 months Start: ASAP Day rate: Competitive, DOE If you're an experienced fit-out QS/SQS and available for an immediate start, please get in touch to discuss this opportunity further
