We are currently seeking a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team due to work on one of our high end prestigious hotel sites in central London. Most of the equipment is Daikin so experience on this is a must. Key Responsibilities: Service, fault finding and maintenance of VRV, VRF, chillers, Split Systems, and AHUs Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessary Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies Essential Qualifications / Experience: FGAS or Equivalent NVQ level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning – desirable Minimum 12 months recent experience working on Refrigeration or air conditioning Equipment Driver’s Licence Package Up to £45,000pa 40 hour week Travel paid to site 208 days holiday Birthday off Time and a half mon – sat & double time Sunday and bank hols Bupa healthcare Life assurance Pension Tools Laptop / tablet Uniform Mobile
