Your Role As a Biology Teacher at our school, you will: * Teach engaging and inspiring Biology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, introducing students to the fascinating world of science * Support students in developing both practical skills and a deeper understanding of biological concepts * Contribute to curriculum planning alongside a collaborative and experienced team of Biology Teachers * Use assessment and feedback to help students progress and achieve their full potential * Encourage involvement in extracurricular science activities, including science clubs, projects, and events * Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that sparks curiosity and inspires every learner ✅ What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated and reflective ECT who: * Will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025 * Has a degree in Biology or a related field, with a strong passion for teaching the subject * Is passionate about making Biology accessible, enjoyable, and engaging for all students * Has strong communication and organisational skills * Is eager to contribute to a supportive school community and grow as a Biology Teacher * Shares our values of inclusion, excellence, and high expectations for all learners Why Join Us?
