As a Plant Fitter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining heavy plant machinery on-site, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills and experience in maintenance, ideally within an industrial or recycling environment. Key responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair faults on plant equipment * Dismantle, test, repair and reassemble machinery * Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance * Support emergency breakdowns and planned shutdowns * Ensure all work complies with H&S procedures * Complete reports and defect logs accurately What we’re looking for: * NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Maintenance (essential) * Strong engineering background * Organised, communicative and proactive * Previous experience with shredders, excavators, conveyors desirable Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
