Senior Support/Technical Services Administrator

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Support / Technical Services Administrator to join our team within the water treatment / environmental services sector. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both field engineers and clients in a dynamic, service-led environment. Key Responsibilities: * General administration tasks to support technical and field teams * Handling service queries from both field service personnel and clients * Scheduling and booking works through various client portals * Progress chasing and client liaison to ensure timely project completion * Diary management for field staff to maximise efficiency * Managing and maintaining the Quality System * Confident use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and planning * Working independently with minimal supervision * Clear and professional communication with a strong eye for detail * Prioritising and managing multiple tasks effectively Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience within the water treatment / water hygiene industry * Strong organisational and communication skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Benefits: * Company pension scheme * 20 days holiday statutory holidays * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to contribute to a critical service industry About Us: We are a well-established service provider in the water treatment and environmental services industry, operating primarily within commercial, industrial, hospitality, and public service sectors.
