We're representing a long-established food manufacturing business with a modern warehouse operation based near Nutts Corner. As they continue to grow, they're now seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the smooth running of their site, with a particular focus on stock accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch of orders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team. Whether you've worked in FMCG, logistics or food production, this could be a great next step. What you'll be doing: * Operating forklifts (Reach & Counterbalance) and other MHE in line with safety standards * Accurately picking, storing, and dispatching goods using scanners and manual checks * Carrying out stock counts and reporting discrepancies * Supporting goods-in/out processes including loading and unloading deliveries * Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and allergen protocols * Working closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily targets What you'll need: * Previous Forklift Experience * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Good communication and a team-first mindset * Physically fit and able to work in a time-sensitive setting * Awareness of food safety or allergen procedures (desirable but not essential) What's on offer: * Monday to Friday role ONLY * Opportunity to work in a supportive, safety-focused team * Career development pathways and training available * Enhanced benefits and wellbeing support If you're looking for a role where your reliability and accuracy will make a difference each day - click APPLY NOW to learn more.
