As the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, you will lead EHS strategy across three UK sites, driving safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards * Lead risk assessments and investigations across all locations * Deliver training and promote safety awareness initiatives * Maintain EHS records, reports, and improvement plans * Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures * Support environmental initiatives and sustainability goals * Manage COSHH and health surveillance programmes What we’re looking for: * Proven EHS management experience * In-depth knowledge of UK HSE laws and ISO 45001/14001 * Strong communication and leadership skills * NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (desirable) Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
