Fabric Technician

Our client is a specialist M&E Service Provider, it looking to hire an experienced Fabrics Technician for a high-profile development in West London. The site houses high-end residential apartments, hotel, restaurants, bars, and a luxury gym and spa. As the Fabrics Technician, you will join a maintenance team at development and ensure the maintenance to the site is carried out efficiently. The successful Fabrics Technician must be multi-skilled and have a bias towards Painting and Decorating. The majority of your role will involve high quality painting and decorating at the site, you must be experienced at working quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. In addition, you will also carry out other maintenance duties that include carpentry, plumbing and other minor works. You must be client facing and have excellent customer service skills. Our client is offering: * £40,000 basic salary * Days Mon – Fri 40 hrs week * Pension * Overtime * Excellent working conditions and environment This is a lovely new role for someone who enjoys working in high-end residential and hotel environment
