Client is looking for Construction law experience! You will be drafting pleadings, Bills of Particulars, discovery responses, trial preparation, court calendar, finalizing motions, taking client intakes and E-filing in court. Fluency in Spanish and smart advocate experience is a plus! The salary is based on experience ranging from 65k to 90k plus free health insurance.
