TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Akron, Ohio, 44307! Pay Information $2,092 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license, and valid certifications Description: Registered Nurse position in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Night shift, working three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel. Candidates must possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. COVID-19 vaccination is required with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Flu vaccination is required with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Candidates will be expected to provide two references from supervisors within the specialty. References must be obtained from the past 12 months. Active required certifications must be in hand with nothing pending. Candidates should discuss any request for time off during the interview process. An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, and acceptable scores on both assessments are required. Orientation consists of 16 hours and is non-billable. Travelers may apply for one job at a time within this system. Negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months prior to the start date.
