Pay Information $2,256 per week About The Position ID: 55301099 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN.AUTO OFFER - 3x12's ONLYFacility is willing to approve up to an 18 week contract. Please confirm desired length of contract at time of submission.D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - travel experience will suffice.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
