Required Skills and Qualifications International Logistics Experience : 3–5 years of experience in international or domestic logistics/supply-chain operations (TV, major home-appliance, or other consumer-electronics sector preferred). Language Skills : Fluent in English and Italian. SAP / WMS / Excel Skills : Proficient in SAP / WMS / Excel (Power Query, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP). Power BI preferred. Customer Dispute Resolution : Proven track record resolving customer & vendor disputes. Cross-Cultural Communication & Project-Management Skills : Strong cross-cultural communication & project-management skills. Results-oriented & cost-sensitive. Proactive in risk identification & escalation. Benefits Gross Salary : €40,000 - €45,000 per year. Bonus : Up to 10% of annual gross salary. Flexible Working Arrangements : 1 day/week of home working. Tickets Restaurant : €8/day.
